There were 26 participants, 6 from Ireland and the rest from Germany, Estonia, Lithuania, Finland, Slovenia, Italy, Greece, Bulgaria and Romania. It was an impressively diverse and engaged group of participants. Overall, despite some logistcal and weather challenges it was an amazing experience. Young people and staff from Mayfield Community Arts Centre contributed and made the TC a really unique...

The TC had as aim to equip the 24 youth leaders and youth workers, from 12 countries, with a new set of tools and methods that would facilitate their activities having as main purpose the active youth participation. The TC also promoted the structured dialogue concept through the participants' involvement in the Youth in Action Conference - in Nicosia - re- launching Youth in Action Programme in Cyprus.

3 D was a TC - Training Course - Action 4.3 having as aim to empower youth to become active actor in the decision making process- through debating, participation schemes and developing active youth participation frames. The TC also aimed at promoting the European citizenship and the role youth should play in promoting this concept to their peers and to the other age groups.

‘ Dans Animae’ is a youth exchange – Action 1.1 – Youth in Action, implemented in Ankara, Turkey  - focused on combating poverty and social exclusion using the traditional dances as a tool. The aim of this exchange was to bring together youngsters with fewer opportunities and to reinforce their solidarity, mutual understanding and intercultural learning skills and abilities using the traditional dances as a tool.
