Dear colleagues,
SMART Development Center – Galați and its national network on Public Policies – www.politicipublice.ro, using the successful stories on citizenship participation using the SMART method of public policies, as the pleasure to announce the call for partners for an Action B project – European Youth Foundation – Council of Europe – for April 1st deadline.
SMART it Right! Will be a sustainable programme consisting of a training on SMART Method of Public Policies – http://www.public-policies.eu/index.php/a/Method-Description_14 and creating a platform on Public Policies on Human Rights, where the youngsters from the participant countries could identify issues on human rights, post solutions and address the authorities – local, national and European in order to solve these problems.
SMART it Right!’s Objectives:
– Promoting the SMART method of public policies on human rights
– Offering an innovative participation frame for active youth participation
– Facilitating the networking opportunities within the youth organizations, aiming at developing their working tools and methods
– Creating a platform on SMART method of public policies in human rights.

Project’s working frame:
Within the project’s frame, 2 participants per partner association will be part of the Training on human rights education using the SMART method of public policies, in February 2011, in Craiova / Galați, Romania. Also, during the seminar, will be created the Platform on HR using the SMART method of public policies. From February to June 2011, each of the partners, administrating the national platform, will organize at least 2 trainings on human rights education using the SMART method of public policies.

For the Training in ROMANIA:
The implementing partner – CSCD – www.cdcd.ro will cover 100% the accommodation’, meals’ and visas’ costs and will reimburse 70% the travel costs for the participants.

While implementing the project:
The Trainings on HR using the SMART method of public policies – the partners will ensure support the implementation of these trainings – being considered the partners’ contribution – co-financing the project.
